Company Overview

Shouguang Yilong Food Co., Ltd. was founded in October 2012. It is a provincial-level excellent enterprise specializing in agricultural product processing and export, integrating fruit and vegetable cultivation, production and processing, and scientific research and development. The company’s headquarters is located in Shouguang—the nationally renowned “Vegetable Capital”—covering an area of 24 mu. It employs over 150 people, has a storage capacity of more than 4,500 tons, and boasts an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. The company primarily produces pre-prepared food products, including frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, frozen fried vegetables, soft-packaged canned fruit cups, and dried meat products—totaling over 30 varieties across five major categories.

Adhering to the business philosophy of “Excellence and Leadership,” the company has taken a systematic approach, starting with standardization, mechanization, and scaling. It has successively introduced advanced dicing and slicing equipment from Belgium and the United States. In December 2023, the company brought in four state-of-the-art potato-processing units from Tauron in Belgium—automatic peeling equipment, whole-potato sorting equipment, wet-stick sorting equipment, and automatic cutting equipment—totaling an investment of 14 million yuan. These machines integrate cutting-edge domestic and international technologies, achieving an hourly output of 4.5 tons and a daily output of 108 tons. This places the company at a distinct advantage and firmly establishes its leading position in the industry.

To date, it has signed contracts for 2,800 mu of fruit-growing bases, 2,600 mu of vegetable-growing bases, and 5,800 mu of potato-growing bases, as well as a 500-mu potato R&D base owned by the company itself. The company is also equipped with a product R&D center dedicated to seed cultivation and development, product quality research and development, and product process optimization. It has strengthened its HACCP-based quality management system and established a quality traceability management team. Currently, all its products have obtained certifications under quality management systems including BRC (British Retail Consortium), HALAL, ISO22000, and FDA (U.S.), meeting EU export standards.
